If you want to port and decrease the mortgage at the same time, you may use your pre-payment privilege to do so; if the mortgage amount is reduced by more than 20%, our standard prepayment penalty rules apply.

- Submit an online application for the port here. Your application will be reviewed subject to credit, appraisal and income verification, per XMC policy.
